Privacy policy

This policy explains what I do with the personal data you send me through annaguix.es. It is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

What data I process

Only what you type into the contact form: name, email, phone (if you give it) and your message. I do not process special categories of data. Please do not include them in your message.

What I use it for

One thing only: to reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you start. I do not use your data to send you advertising or newsletters, or to build profiles.

Your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box before sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to me at hola@annaguix.es.

How long I keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry. If it leads to a project, I will keep it for the duration of the working relationship and then for the periods required by law. Otherwise, I will delete it no later than one year after our last contact.

Who else has access

I do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. For the form to work, I rely on these providers, who act as data processors:

  • Web3Forms, which receives the form and forwards it to me by email. It only processes the data to deliver the message.
  • Apple (iCloud Mail), which hosts the hola@annaguix.es mailbox.
  • Vercel, which hosts this website.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they use the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Minors

If you are under 14, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian to send me your data.

Security

I apply reasonable measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration. Even so, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. If a breach posed a high risk to you, I would let you know without delay.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to port it. Write to me at hola@annaguix.es saying which right you want to exercise. If I have reasonable doubts about your identity, I will ask you to confirm it.

If you think I have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This website links to third-party sites that have their own privacy policies. I recommend reviewing them.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy if the law or the way I handle data changes. The current version is always the one published on this page.

I'm an AI Specialist at Hooba, where I lead the team's AI projects and look for ways to apply it to everyday work. With one clear idea: AI speeds things up, but people make the decisions.

I also run Atiza, my design studio, where I design and build websites and brands for businesses that want to grow. Each one built for a clear goal: that people write to you, buy from you, trust you. Taking care of the details you don't see: the rhythm of the spacing, a well-timed transition, copy that sounds like a person. I've published more than 150 projects over my career, and each one has taught me something I bring to the next.

Technology changes. The way to care for a website doesn't.

AI is now the foundation of how I build, but not of what I decide. I design every website to measure, alongside you. I move fast where I can and slow down where it matters. At the end I hand you the website with the keys, ready for your clients to enjoy and for your team to edit without fear and without depending on me. AI brings the speed, and the time it saves me I spend listening: my attention is always on whoever is going to use the website.

This website is the proof: I designed it in Figma and built it with Claude Code on Astro, with rules from the first commit and screen-by-screen review. The code lives on GitHub and every change is published automatically on Vercel.
